Woohoo! I'm caught up with Project Life for 2014! I finished the 19th week of this year (is it flying by again!?). I've created an overview video HERE.
Here are a few pictures of my spread for the week. My sister sent me a couple of pictures of my precious little Grace after earning her Tiny Tiger Purple Belt in her Tae Kwon Do class. She was learning "stranger danger"...self defense...awesome to teach the young ones, right? Anyway, I really want to try to incorporate the kids into my Project Life because, although I am not there with them for a lot of these things, I still feel like it is a part of my life and I want to also preserve the memories for them.
Some happy news for this week, my cat, Quinn, turned 18 years old! Two months ago he went into acute renal failure from a kidney infection. It was touch and go and we didn't know if he'd make it. Well, I'm here to tell you, he's a fighter! He's back and better than ever. REALLY. He's gained a pound back and his appetite is better than it's been in a couple years. Unfortunately, he blood work is also showing chronic renal failure, which all we can hope for is to stabilize and slow the progression. So that's what I am doing with lots of home cooked chicken, vitamins and chinese herbs. So far so good...it's working.
Also this week I went to Disneyland by myself for one last time before my annual pass expired. I had a great time and later Tony met me for dinner in Downtown Disney.
I also included my Mother's Day card into this week's spread.
I've included an extra insert page to add more of my Disneyland pictures. I explain in my video more about that.
I saved my Annual Passport card in a pocket that flips up.
My page protector flips out to show more pictures. I went on Radiator Springs Racers ride twice while I was there. That's me in the back left in both cars. FUN!!
