In the never ending quest for scrapbook organization...I bring you the wall of punches...
These are some of my Martha Stewart punches that I've collected over the years. I have more, but the wall space above the bookcase ran out! In case you are wondering, the punches are hanging on Bygel rails from Ikea.
So, that did get SOME of the punches out of the bookcase and onto the wall, however, there's still a couple of shelves of punches left. Okay, yes, you could say I had an addiction to Martha Stewart punches over the last 5 years or so. But I really haven't been buying them lately because I use my Cameo now instead. Although, there are always uses for punches, so I'll keep these!
Here's what's under the wall of rails. I've gotten two of the three shelves reorganized. The top of the bookcase has my glass spice jars filled with misc. embellishments. The bottom shelf is still open and I think I might actually just store some regular supplies like glue, etc. The sewing machine is one my Mom gave me over 30 years ago. It still works and I use it for my scrapbooking. I also do handstitching, so there's a box of coloured thread in the case in front.
Oh I love these rails for storing punches! I've had them in my cart a few times at Ikea, but I just can't figure out a place that they would fit niceley.
I love how they look so organized :)
